Section 24-9-8 Quiet title and foreclosure action. (a) The authority may initiate a quiet title action under this section to quiet title to real property held by the authority or interests in tax delinquent property held by the authority by recording with the office of the judge of probate in the county in which the property subject to quiet title action is located a notice of pending quiet title action. Section 32-5A-191.4 Ignition interlock devices. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02. (b) The ignition interlock device shall be installed, calibrated, and monitored directly by trained technicians who shall train the offender for whom the device is being installed in the proper use of the device. Section 33-5-52 Boater safety certification generally. (a) Every person, except those specifically exempted by statutory enactment, within five years from April 28, 1994, shall procure a boater safety certification before operating a motorized vessel upon the waters of this state, as defined in Section 33-5-3. This section shall not apply to any sailboat, rowboat, or canoe.
