Section 22-14-8 Records and reports. (a) The agency shall require each person who acquires, possesses or uses a source of ionizing radiation to maintain records relating to its receipt, storage, transfer or disposal and such other records as the agency may require, subject to exemptions as may be provided by rules or regulations. (b) The agency shall require each person who possesses or uses a source of ionizing radiation to maintain appropriate records showing the radiation exposure of all individuals for whom personnel monitoring is required by rules and regulations of the agency. Copies of these records and those required to be kept by subsection (a) of this section shall be submitted to the agency on request. (c) The agency shall adopt reasonable regulations, compatible with those of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, or any successor thereto, pertaining to reports of exposure of personnel. Section 27-6A-4 Contract requirements. No person, firm, association, or corporation acting in the capacity of a managing general agent shall place business with an insurer unless there is in force a written contract between the parties that sets forth the responsibilities of each party and where both parties share responsibility for a particular function, specifies the division of such responsibilities, and that contains the following minimum provisions: (a) The insurer may terminate the contract for cause upon written notice to the managing general agent.
