Section 34-25A-12 Fees. (a) The board shall promulgate rules and regulations for all licensure fees, registration fees, renewal fees, and accreditation fees. The application fee for licensure as an orthotist, prosthetist, orthotist assistant, prosthetist assistant, prosthetist/orthotist, or pedorthist shall not exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250) and the application fee for registration as an orthotic supplier shall not exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150). The application fee for accreditation shall not exceed three hundred fifty dollars ($350) per facility. Section 8-12-10 Duration and renewal of registration; renewal fee. (a) Registration of a mark under this article shall be effective for a term of five years from the date of registration and, if the mark is then still in use, upon application filed within six months prior to the expiration of such term, on a form to be furnished by the Secretary of State, the registration may be renewed for a like term. A renewal fee of $30, payable to the Secretary of State, shall accompany the application for renewal of the registration.
