Section 2-15-60 Definitions. When used in this division, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) BOARD. The Board of Agriculture and Industries of the State of Alabama. (2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries of the State of Alabama. (3) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Agriculture and Industries of the State of Alabama. (4) LIVESTOCK. Cattle, swine, sheep, goats, equine or equidae, ratites, and poultry. (5) LIVESTOCK MARKET. Unless clearly indicated otherwise by the context, the following words when used in this article, for purposes of this article, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section: (1) ALABAMA MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMISSION FUND.
