Section 45-24-242.05 Reports to the commission. Within 30 days after any tax has been
imposed pursuant to this part, every distributor, retail dealer, or storer shall make a report

Section 8-20-6 Predelivery obligations. Every manufacturer or wholesaler or distributor,
factory branch, factory representative, distributor branch or distributor representative shall
specify to the motor vehicle dealer the delivery and preparation obligations of its motor
vehicle dealers prior to delivery of new motor vehicles to retail buyers. A copy of the delivery
and preparation obligations of its motor vehicle dealers and a schedule of the compensation
to be paid to its motor vehicle dealers for the work and services they shall be required to
perform in connection with such delivery and preparation obligations shall be presented to

Section 8-34-2 License required. (a) Each dealer engaged in the business of purchasing
precious items for the purpose of reselling the items shall purchase a state license in the
amount of one hundred dollars ($100) and a county license in the amount of fifty dollars ($50)
under Article 1, Chapter 12, Title 40. The dealer shall purchase one state license per year
and shall annually purchase the county license in each county where he or she conducts business.
No dealer shall operate in the State of Alabama unless he or she first obtains the business
license required herein to engage in the business of purchasing precious items. (b) A dealer
