Section 40-14A-33 (Repealed for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2002.) Definition
of initial taxable shares base. (a) Determine the sum of the following as of the first day
of the corporation's taxable year: (1) The outstanding capital stock and any additional paid-in

the following terms have the meaning ascribed herein: (1) AIRCRAFT. Any airplane or helicopter.

Section 5-5A-44 Acquisition of majority of voting shares of a bank; procedure. (a) No person,
acting directly or indirectly or through or in concert with one or more persons, may acquire
control of a state bank or of any corporation or other entity having control of a state bank,
