Section 34-24-337 Renewal of certificate; reinstatement of license. (a) Renewal of license. Every person licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in the State of Alabama shall, on or before December 31 of each succeeding year, apply to the commission for renewal of a certificate of registration which shall be effective during the next calendar year. All new licenses issued by the commission, upon application, shall be registered by the commission at the time of issuance, and a certificate of registration, which shall be effective until and including the following December 31, shall be issued to the licensee. Each renewal application shall be made on a form to be furnished by the commission. Section 34-27-35 License certificates generally. (a) The commission shall prescribe the form and content of license certificates issued. Each qualifying broker's license certificate shall show the name and business address of the broker. Section 37-15-10.2 Violations; complaints; dispute and hearing; judicial review. (a) Any person who violates this chapter may be reported to the authority for the alleged violation. Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator. (a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator for that purpose.
