Section 7-2-311 Options and cooperation respecting performance. (1) An agreement for sale which
is otherwise sufficiently definite (subsection (3) of Section 7-2-204) to be a contract is
not made invalid by the fact that it leaves particulars of performance to be specified by
one of the parties. Any such specification must be made in good faith and within limits set
by commercial reasonableness. (2) Unless otherwise agreed specifications relating to assortment
of the goods are at the buyer's option and, except as otherwise provided in subsections (1)(c)
and (3) of Section 7-2-319, specifications or arrangements relating to shipment are at the
seller's option. (3) Where such specification would materially affect the other party's performance
but is not seasonably made or where one party's cooperation is necessary to the agreed performance

Section 9-15-82 Article not to apply to certain transfers, reversions, sales, etc. (a) This
article shall not apply to the transfers of real property between departments, boards, bureaus,

Section 22-36-8 Availability to public of records, reports, or information obtained under chapter.
Any records, reports, or information obtained under this chapter shall be available to the
public; except that upon a showing satisfactory to the department by any person that records,
reports or information, or a particular part thereof to which the department has access under
this section if made public, would divulge production or sales figures or methods, processes
or production unique to such person or would otherwise tend to affect adversely the competitive

Section 27-29B-3 Disclosure requirement. (a) Not later than June 1 of each calendar year, an
insurer or the insurance group of which the insurer is a member, shall submit to the commissioner
a Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure that contains the information described in Section

Section 40-21-102 Levy of tax; sourcing of total sales price for telegraph or telephone services.
(a) There is hereby levied, in addition to all other taxes of every kind now imposed by law,
and shall be collected as herein provided, an excise tax on the storage, use, or other consumption
