Section 8-15-31 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following words and phrases
shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) DEFAULT. The failure to perform
in a timely manner any obligation or duty set forth in this article or the rental agreement.
(2) LAST KNOWN ADDRESS. That address provided by the occupant in the latest rental agreement
or the address provided by the occupant in a subsequent written notice of a change of address.
(3) LEASED SPACE. The individual storage space at the self-service storage facility which
is leased or rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement. (4) OCCUPANT. A person
or entity, or his sublessee, successor, or assign, entitled to the use of a storage space
at a self-service storage facility, under a written rental agreement with the owner, to the

Section 13A-12-3.6 Reporting requirements. (a) Each person who makes a delivery sale of cigarettes
to a consumer located within this state shall file with the department for each individual
sale all of the following information: (1) A statement setting forth such person's name, trade
name, and address of such person's principal place of business and any other place of business.
(2) Not later than the tenth day of each calendar month, a memorandum or copy of the invoice
for each and every such delivery sale made during the previous calendar month, which includes
the following information: a. The name and address of the consumer to whom the delivery sale
was made. b. The brand style or brand styles of the cigarettes that were sold in the delivery
sale. c. The quantity of cigarettes that were sold in the delivery sale. d. An indication

Section 22-21B-3 Definitions. The following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed
to them in this section, unless otherwise required by their respective context: (1) CONSCIENCE.
The religious, moral, or ethical principles held by a health care provider. (2) DISCRIMINATION.
Discrimination includes, but is not limited to: Hiring, termination, refusal of staff privileges,
refusal of board certification, demotion, loss of career specialty, reduction of wages or
benefits, adverse treatment in the terms and conditions of employment, refusal to award any

Section 22-8B-3 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) AID IN DYING. The act of a person providing the means or manner for another
person to be able to commit suicide, with actual knowledge that the person deliberately intends
on committing suicide by that means or manner. (2) ARTIFICIALLY PROVIDED NUTRITIONAL HYDRATION.
A medical treatment consisting of the administration of food and water through a tube or intravenous

Section 27-1-21 Uniformity of limits applied to fulfillment of certain drug prescriptions.
(a) For the purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings:
(1) ENROLLEE. A person enrolled in a health benefit plan. (2) HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN. Any individual
