Section 2-15-272 Rules and regulations to have force and effect of law; violations of rules
or regulations deemed misdemeanors. Rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the State
Board of Agriculture and Industries as authorized under Section 2-15-270 shall have the force
and effect of law, and any person who shall violate any such rule or regulation or who shall
fail to or refuse to perform any duties required thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor

standards of training and other requirements for law enforcement officers of the Peace Officers'
Standards and Training Commission, a person employed by the Houston County Work Release Commission

Section 22-30-16 Responsibilities of hazardous waste storage and treatment facility and hazardous
waste disposal site operators. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized
to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to owners and

Section 11-24-3 Fines; injunctions; inspections; enforcement of chapter. (a) Any owner or developer
failing to comply with the permitting requirement or otherwise violating this chapter or any
rule or regulation made pursuant to this chapter shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1,000)
