Section 32-12-44 Penalty for violation of article. Any person or manufacturer who shall violate any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $100.00, and may be imprisoned in the county jail or sentenced to hard labor for not more than 180 days, one or both.
