Section 34-33-10 Application of chapter; compliance with chapter required before contract awarded;
copies of chapter furnished to invited bidders. (a) This chapter also applies to any fire
protection sprinkler contractor I or II performing work for any municipality, county, or the
state. Officials of any municipality, county, or the state are required to determine compliance
with this chapter before awarding any contracts for the installation, repair, alteration,
addition, or inspection of a fire protection sprinkler system. Bids for such shall be accompanied

and testifying before the Fire Marshal, his deputies or assistants shall receive from the

Section 13A-12-3.1 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCT. The same meaning as in Section 28-11-2.
(2) BOARD. The same meaning as in Section 28-11-2. (3) BRAND STYLE. A variety of cigarettes
distinguished by the tobacco used, tar and nicotine content, flavoring used, size of cigarette,
filtration on the cigarette, or packaging. (4) CLEAR AND CONSPICUOUS STATEMENT. A statement
that is of sufficient type size to be clearly readable by the recipient of the communication.
(5) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of the Alabama Department of Revenue. (6) CONSUMER. An

Section 17-13-23 Filling of vacancies in nominations. The state executive committee, in cases
where the office to be filled is not a county office, and the county executive committee,
in cases where the office to be filled is a county office, but subject to the approval of
and in accordance with the method prescribed by the state executive committee, where a vacancy
may occur in any nomination, either by death, resignation, revocation, or otherwise, or in

or jobber qualifying as such with the Department of Revenue shall be required to file a report
