Section 11-97-9 Bonds of corporation generally. (a) Any corporation shall have the power to issue, sell and deliver at any time and from time to time its bonds in such principal amount or amounts as its board shall determine to be necessary to provide sufficient funds for achieving any of its corporate purposes, including the payment of interest on any of its bonds, the establishment of reserves to secure any such bonds and all other expenditures of such corporation incident to and necessary or convenient to carry out its corporate purposes and powers. Any corporation shall also have the power to issue from time to time bonds to renew bonds and bonds to pay bonds, including interest thereon and, whenever it deems refunding expedient, to refund any bonds by the issuance of new bonds, whether the bonds to be refunded have or have not matured, and to issue bonds partly to refund bonds then outstanding and partly for any other of its corporate purposes. Section 2-23-2 Definitions. The following terms, as used in this chapter and rules and regulations promulgated under authority of this chapter, shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) AGRICULTURAL LIMING MATERIALS. Section 34-14-9 Complaint and hearing; appeal; disciplinary actions. (a) Any person wishing to make a complaint against a licensee or apprentice under this chapter shall reduce the same to writing and file his or her complaint with the board within one year from the date of the action upon which the complaint is based. (a) Class 2 municipalities may initiate an expedited quiet title and foreclosure action under this chapter against a parcel of tax sale property located within its municipal limits and purchased by the municipality.
