Section 40-23-260 Program established; definitions; informational reports; Wholesale
and Distributor Reporting Advisory Group. (a) This article shall establish the Wholesale to
Retail Accountability Program or "WRAP". (b) For the purpose of this article, the
following words shall have the following meanings: (1) DEPARTMENT. The State Department of
Revenue. (2) LICENSED BEER OR WINE DISTRIBUTOR. A distributor, as licensed by the Alabama
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, selling or distributing beer or wine in this state. (3)

Section 28-9-6 Amendment, cancellation, etc., of agreements; proof of good faith; notice;
good cause. (a) Notwithstanding any agreement and except as otherwise provided for in this
chapter, a supplier shall not: amend or modify an agreement; cause a wholesaler to resign
from an agreement; or cancel, terminate, fail to renew, or refuse to continue under an agreement,

Section 32-9-20 Schedule of restrictions. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to
drive or move on any highway in this state any vehicle or vehicles of a size or weight except
