When mellorine is made with animal fat it shall be labeled "Mellorine - Containing Animal Fat." Section 13A-8-83 Manufacturer's name required on package. Every recorded device sold, rented or transferred for commercial advantage or private financial gain, or possessed for the purpose of sale, rental or transfer by any manufacturer, distributor or wholesale or retail merchant shall contain on its packaging the true name and address of the manufacturer; provided, that the term "manufacturer" shall not include the manufacturer of the cartridge or casing itself, but shall mean the manufacturer of the actual recorded material. (a) Each person selling, offering for sale, storing or using in the state any petroleum product must label, or cause to be labeled, each tank car, tank, barrel, pump, or other container in which such petroleum product is contained or marketed with the words "guaranteed legal standards" and with an additional word or words denoting the precise character of the petroleum product in the container so labeled.
