Section 2-21-20 Labeling. A commercial feed, regardless of the container in which it is shipped or sold, shall be labeled as follows: (1) In case of a commercial feed, except a customer-formula feed, it shall be accompanied by a label bearing the following information: a. The net weight. b. The product name and the brand name, if any, under which the commercial feed is distributed. c. The guaranteed analysis stated in such terms as the commissioner by regulation determines is required to advise the user of the composition of the feed or to support claims made in the labeling. In all cases, the substances or elements must be determinable by laboratory methods such as the methods published by the Association of Official Analytical Chemists. d. Section 40-17-353 Seizure of storage receptacles pending payment of taxes, interest, and penalties; sale of motor fuel; forfeiture of contraband. (a) Upon the discovery of any motor fuel illegally imported into or illegally transported, delivered, stored, or sold in this state, the commissioner shall order the tank or other storage receptacle in which the motor fuel is located to be seized and locked or sealed until the tax, interest, and penalties levied under this article are assessed and paid.
