Section 45-37-243.04 Bonds or securities. (a) Any person before engaging in selling any alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, or fermented liquors in any county subject to this subpart shall file with the judge of probate, license commissioner, director of county department of revenue, or other public officer performing like duties in such counties a bond in the approximate sum of two times the average monthly tax estimated by such official which shall be due by the applicant. The bond filed with such official shall be in such form and amount as may be approved by such official. If a bond is filed, it shall be executed by a surety company licensed and duly authorized to do business in Alabama, shall be payable to the county subject to this subpart, and be conditioned upon the prompt filing of true reports, and the bond shall be conditioned upon the payment by the applicant to the judge of probate, license commissioner, director of county department of revenue, or other public officer...

Section 45-44-245 Definitions; levy of tax; permit; fees. (a) When used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or combination who, for a fee, severs clay, sand, or gravel within Macon County. (2) PRODUCER. Any person engaging in the business of severing clay, sand, or gravel for a fee from the soil within Macon County. (3) SEVERING. (a) No person shall operate a food sales establishment within this state which sells baby food, infant formula, or potentially hazardous food without a food safety permit except those persons who operate any of the following establishments: (1) A meat processing establishment which currently has a grant of inspection from the commissioner. (a) Any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or joint venture desiring to engage in the business as a fire alarm contractor shall submit to the State Fire Marshal on standard forms provided by the State Fire Marshal a completed application. Section 2-26-15 Seed inspection fees; reporting. (a) The Board of Agriculture and Industries may adopt seed inspection fees. The department shall administer the inspection fees, prescribe and furnish forms, and require the filing of reports necessary for the payment of the inspection fees. The department may inspect the record of any person who sells or distributes seed for sale during the normal hours of business operation as it deems necessary.
