Section 8-16-32 Records and reports. (a) A local sealer of weights and measures shall keep a complete record of all of his official acts and shall make an annual report duly sworn to on October 1 to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries on blanks to be furnished by the commissioner, which report shall be included in the commissioner's general report to the State Board of Agriculture and Industries.
