Section 40-12-421 Restrictions on sales at salvage pools or salvage disposal sales; buyer's identification cards. (a) Sales at a salvage pool or a salvage disposal sale shall be open only to persons holding a current automotive dismantler and parts recycler license or their agents or employees as hereinafter defined. Such persons must have a separate buyer's identification card to buy at a salvage pool or salvage disposal sale. (b) Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to purchase a buyer's identification card must do so by making application to the Department of Revenue upon a form prescribed by the department, which form shall contain: (1) The name of the applicant. (2) The street address of the applicant's principal place of business. (a) No qualified organization shall be permitted to operate a bingo game unless the sheriff first issues a permit to the organization authorizing it to do so. The permit described in this part is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other business licenses which may be required by law, and no bingo game shall be operated until such time as all required licenses have been obtained. A copy of each license shall be required and attached to the application. A permit holder may hold only one permit and that permit is valid for only one location. (a) Each application for a surface coal mining reclamation permit under this article shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by the regulatory authority, but not to exceed the anticipated cost of reviewing, administering, and enforcing the permit.
