Section 40-12-421 Restrictions on sales at salvage pools or salvage disposal sales; buyer's
identification cards. (a) Sales at a salvage pool or a salvage disposal sale shall be open
only to persons holding a current automotive dismantler and parts recycler license or their
agents or employees as hereinafter defined. Such persons must have a separate buyer's identification
card to buy at a salvage pool or salvage disposal sale. (b) Any person, firm, or corporation
desiring to purchase a buyer's identification card must do so by making application to the
Department of Revenue upon a form prescribed by the department, which form shall contain:
(1) The name of the applicant. (2) The street address of the applicant's principal place of
business. (3) If an agent or employee, the name of the licensee for whom the applicant will

Section 27-22A-7 Application for license and fees. (a) A sworn application for a license under

Section 45-49-150.03 Bingo games - Permit required. (a) No qualified organization shall be
permitted to operate a bingo game unless the sheriff first issues a permit to the organization
authorizing it to do so. The permit described in this part is in addition to, and not in lieu
of, any other business licenses which may be required by law, and no bingo game shall be operated
until such time as all required licenses have been obtained. A copy of each license shall
be required and attached to the application. A permit holder may hold only one permit and
that permit is valid for only one location. A permit is not assignable or transferable. (b)
Any qualified organization desiring to obtain a permit to operate bingo games in a calendar
year shall make application to the sheriff on forms prescribed by the sheriff and shall pay

Section 45-49-171.23 Regulation of intermittent food service establishments. (a) For the purposes
of this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) INTERMITTENT FOOD
SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT. Any entity that has a physical address within Mobile County that does

Section 9-16-83 Permits - Contents of application; reclamation plan; copy of application filed
for public inspection; insurance; blasting plan. (a) Each application for a surface coal mining
reclamation permit under this article shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by the regulatory
authority, but not to exceed the anticipated cost of reviewing, administering, and enforcing
