Section 40-23-2 Tax levied on gross receipts; certain sales exempt; disposition of funds. (a) All individuals who offer preneed contracts to the public, or who execute preneed contracts on behalf of a certificate holder, shall be registered with the commissioner as preneed sales agents, pursuant to this article. Section 40-12-269 Remittance of moneys and certification of lists of motor vehicles by probate judge.
