Section 8-12-9 Certificate of registration; issuance; use as evidence. (a) Upon compliance
by the applicant with the requirements of this article, the Secretary of State shall cause
a certificate of registration to be issued and delivered to the applicant. The certificate

Section 20-2-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) ADMINISTER. The direct application of a controlled substance, whether by injection, inhalation,

or deals in a particular thing or conducts a particular business may appropriate to his exclusive

Section 27-17A-48 Maintenance of records. (a) Each cemetery authority shall maintain at each
place of business a list of the names and addresses of its owners and directors, which shall
