Section 8-6-6 Registration of securities - Registration of certain securities by coordination. (a) Any security for which a registration statement has been filed under the Securities Act of 1933 in connection with the same offering may be registered by coordination. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, other than the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, to sell at retail in Calhoun County any spirituous or vinous liquors without first obtaining a special license from the judge of probate that shall be in addition to all other licenses required by law.
