Section 45-6-242 Levy of taxes; exemptions; payment of taxes; reports by taxpayers;
applicability of state sales tax statutes; disposition of funds. (a) The following words,
terms, and phrases where used in this section shall have the following respective meanings
except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) "County" means
Bullock County in the State of Alabama. (2) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner
of Revenue of the state. (3) "State Department of Revenue" means the Department
of Revenue of the state. (4) "State" means the State of Alabama. (5) "State

Interstate Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact
is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein
in form substantially as follows: SECTION 1. PURPOSE In order to protect the public
through verification of competency and ensure accountability for patient care related activities
all states license emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians
(EMTs), advanced EMTs and paramedics. This Compact is intended to facilitate the day to day
movement of EMS personnel across state boundaries in the performance of their EMS duties as
assigned by an appropriate authority and authorize state EMS offices to afford immediate legal

Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby
approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article
I. Purposes. The purposes of this compact are to: 1. Facilitate proper determination of state
and local tax liability of multistate taxpayers, including the equitable apportionment of
tax bases and settlement of apportionment disputes. 2. Promote uniformity or compatibility

on initial financing statement. Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c), an initial

provided in records. (a) Filing office duties. For each record filed in a filing office, the

Section 7-9A-707 Amendment of pre-effective-date financing statement. (a) "Pre-effective-date
financing statement". In this section, "pre-effective-date financing statement"
means a financing statement filed before January 1, 2002. (b) Applicable law. After January
1, 2002, a person may add or delete collateral covered by, continue or terminate the effectiveness
of, or otherwise amend the information provided in, a pre-effective-date financing statement
only in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction governing perfection as provided in Part

Section 10A-2A-1.20 Requirements for filing instruments; extrinsic facts. (a) Whenever
any filing instrument is to be filed with the Secretary of State or in accordance with this

Section 36-25-14 Filing of statement of economic interests. (a) A statement of economic
interests shall be completed and filed in accordance with this chapter with the commission
no later than April 30 of each year covering the period of the preceding calendar year by
