Section 40-10-187 Tax lien certificate. (a) The tax collecting official shall make, execute,
and deliver a tax lien certificate to each purchaser at a tax lien sale or auction or to each
assignee thereafter and shall collect from the purchaser or assignee a fee of five dollars
($5) for each tax lien certificate. The tax lien certificate shall be in a form provided by
the Department of Revenue and shall also include a certificate of redemption form as provided
in Section 40-10-194. (b) A tax lien certificate shall evidence the auction or sale or assignment
to the holder of the tax lien certificate of the delinquent and unpaid taxes, penalties, interest,
fees, and costs set forth therein and represented by the tax lien. (c) A tax lien certificate
shall bear the interest rate per annum as bid on by the purchaser at the tax lien auction

Section 7-2-210 Delegation of performance; assignment of rights. (1) A party may perform his
duty through a delegate unless otherwise agreed or unless the other party has a substantial
interest in having his original promisor perform or control the acts required by the contract.
No delegation of performance relieves the party delegating of any duty to perform or any liability

Section 7-2-401 Passing of title; reservation for security; limited application of this section.
Each provision of this article with regard to the rights, obligations and remedies of the
seller, the buyer, purchasers or other third parties applies irrespective of title to the
goods except where the provision refers to such title. Insofar as situations are not covered
by the other provisions of this article and matters concerning title become material the following
rules apply: (1) Title to goods cannot pass under a contract for sale prior to their identification

Section 35-11-451 Brokers lien generally; recording notice; notice requirements; enforcement
of lien. (a) A real estate broker shall have a lien, in the amount of the compensation agreed

Section 35-11-211 Priority of lien. (a) Such lien as to the land and buildings or improvements
thereon, shall have priority over all other liens, mortgages, or incumbrances created subsequent

Section 7-8-510 Rights of purchaser of security entitlement from entitlement holder. (a) In
a case not covered by the priority rules in Article 9A or the rules stated in subsection (c),
