Section 7-8-109 Warranties in indirect holding. (a) A person who originates an entitlement
order to a securities intermediary warrants to the securities intermediary that: (1) the entitlement
order is made by an appropriate person, or if the entitlement order is by an agent, the agent
has actual authority to act on behalf of the appropriate person; and (2) there is no adverse
claim to the security entitlement. (b) A person who delivers a security certificate to a securities

Section 8-6-140 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words have the
following meanings unless the context otherwise requires: (1) BENEFICIARY FORM. A registration

Section 26-2A-156 Claims against protected person; enforcement. (a) A conservator may pay or
secure from the estate claims against the estate or against the protected person arising before
or after the conservatorship upon their presentation and allowance in accordance with the
priorities stated in subsection (d). A claim may be presented by either of the following methods:

for the satisfaction of an assessment lien imposed thereon by the governing body of a municipality

transaction involving the purchase or sale of a fee simple or possessory interest in real
property in this state, the title insurer shall obtain or cause its agent to obtain, at or
before the closing of settlement and disbursement of any funds, a statement in writing from
the purchaser acknowledging that the purchaser has received a notice that owner's title insurance
