Section 7-8-319 (Effective Until January 1, 1997) Statute of frauds. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
