Section 10A-2A-7.21 Voting entitlement of stock. (a) Except as provided in subsections (b)
and (d) or unless the certificate of incorporation provides otherwise, each outstanding share
of stock, regardless of class or series, is entitled to one vote on each matter voted on at
a stockholders' meeting. Only stock is entitled to vote. (b) Stock of a corporation is not

Section 22-27-3 Authority of local governing bodies as waste collections and disposal; household
exemptions; state regulatory program. (a) Generally. (1) The county commission or municipal
governing body may, and is hereby authorized to, make available to the general public collection
and disposal facilities for solid wastes in a manner acceptable to the department. The county

Section 33-5-3 Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings

Section 30-3D-102 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) "Child" means an individual,
whether over or under the age of majority, who is or is alleged to be owed a duty of support
by the individual's parent or who is or is alleged to be the beneficiary of a support order

Section 8-9A-8 Defenses, liability, and protection of transferee. (a) A transfer is not voidable
under Section 8-9A-4(a) against a person who took in good faith and for a reasonably equivalent
value or against any subsequent transferee or obligee who took in good faith. (b) Except as
