Section 13A-10-129 Tampering with physical evidence. (a) A person commits the crime of tampering
with physical evidence if, believing that an official proceeding is pending or may be instituted,
and acting without legal right or authority, he: (1) Destroys, mutilates, conceals, removes
or alters physical evidence with intent to impair its use, verity or availability in the pending
or prospective official proceeding; or (2) Knowingly makes, presents or offers any false physical
evidence with intent that it be introduced in the pending or prospective official proceeding.
(b) "Physical evidence," as used in this section, includes any article, object,
document, record or other thing of physical substance. (c) Tampering with physical evidence

A person commits the crime of dealing in false identification documents if he or she knowingly
reproduces, manufactures, sells, or offers for sale any identification document which does
both of the following: (1) Simulates, purports to be, or is designed so as to cause others
reasonably to believe it to be an identification document. (2) Bears a fictitious name or

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five
hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the

Each provision of this article with regard to the rights, obligations and remedies of the
seller, the buyer, purchasers or other third parties applies irrespective of title to the

rewards or rebates. (a) For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have the
