Section 8-6-8 Registration of securities - Registration statement; conditions precedent; bond;
notice of action; fees; quarterly reports and financial statements; discharge from supervision.
(a) A registration statement on securities may be filed by the issuer, any other person on
whose behalf the offering is to be made, or a registered dealer. Any document filed under
this article within five years preceding the filing of a registration statement may be incorporated
by reference in the registration statement to the extent that the document is currently accurate.

Section 13A-9-1 Definitions. The following definitions are applicable in this article unless
the context otherwise requires: (1) WRITTEN INSTRUMENT. Such term means: a. Any paper, document
or other instrument containing written or printed matter or its equivalent; and b. Any token,
stamp, seal, badge, trademark or other evidence or symbol of value, right, privilege or identification,

Section 10A-8A-1.02 Definitions. Notwithstanding Section 10A-1-1.03, as used in this chapter,
unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms mean: (1) "Business"

or adviser for action or omission is governed by the law of the jurisdiction chosen by an
agreement in the form of a record signed or otherwise authenticated by the affected parties
