Section 7-5-102 Definitions. (a) In this article: (1) "Adviser" means a person who, at the request of the issuer, a confirmer, or another adviser, notifies, or requests another adviser to notify, the beneficiary that a letter of credit has been issued, confirmed, or amended. Section 35-12-79 Custody by state; recovery by holder; defense of holder. (a) In this article, good faith means honesty in fact in the conduct or transaction concerned. (b) Upon payment or delivery of property to the Treasurer, the state assumes custody and responsibility for the safekeeping of the property. Section 45-37-123.104 Withdrawal and refund of employee contributions. The following provisions generally govern a member's withdrawal and refund of employee contributions under the plan. Any member who fails to make application for the amount of his or her employee contributions pursuant to this section within five years after his or her separation from the service of the county, except as otherwise provided herein or otherwise determined by the pension board, shall be deemed to have forfeited and donated such employee contributions to the trust fund pursuant to Section 45-37-123.83.
