Section 7-4A-505 Preclusion of objection to debit of customer's account. If a receiving bank
has received payment from its customer with respect to a payment order issued in the name
of the customer as sender and accepted by the bank, and the customer received notification
reasonably identifying the order, the customer is precluded from asserting that the bank is
not entitled to retain the payment unless the customer notifies the bank of the customer's
objection to the payment within one year after the notification was received by the customer.

Section 7-4A-201 Security procedure. "Security procedure" means a procedure established
by agreement of a customer and a receiving bank for the purpose of (i) verifying that a payment
order or communication amending or cancelling a payment order is that of the customer, or
(ii) detecting error in the transmission or the content of the payment order or communication.
A security procedure may require the use of algorithms or other codes, identifying words or
numbers, encryption, callback procedures, or similar security devices. Comparison of a signature

Section 7-4A-203 Unenforceability of certain verified payment orders. (a) If an accepted payment
order is not, under Section 7-4A-202(a), an authorized order of a customer identified as sender,
but is effective as an order of the customer pursuant to Section 7-4A-202(b), the following
rules apply: (1) By express written agreement, the receiving bank may limit the extent to

Section 7-3-312 Lost, destroyed, or stolen cashier's check, teller's check, or certified check.
(a) In this section: (1) "Check" means a cashier's check, teller's check, or certified
check. (2) "Claimant" means a person who claims the right to receive the amount
of a cashier's check, teller's check, or certified check that was lost, destroyed, or stolen.

Section 8-6-2 Definitions. When used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires,
the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

Section 27-6A-4 Contract requirements. No person, firm, association, or corporation acting
in the capacity of a managing general agent shall place business with an insurer unless there
is in force a written contract between the parties that sets forth the responsibilities of
each party and where both parties share responsibility for a particular function, specifies
the division of such responsibilities, and that contains the following minimum provisions:
