time the manufactured product is first put to use by any person or business entity who did
not acquire the manufactured product for either resale or other distribution in its unused
condition or for incorporation as a component part in a manufactured product which is to be

Section 6-5-753 Commencement of action. (a) All actions against a manufacturer in tort, contract,
or otherwise for death or injury to person or damage to property arising out of an
accident shall be commenced within two years next after a cause of action accrues, and not
thereafter. Causes of action for wrongful death accrue upon the death of the testator or intestate.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), and except as provided in subsections (c) and (d), no

Section 13A-11-61.3 Regulation of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. (a) The purpose
of this section is to establish within the Legislature complete control over regulation and
policy pertaining to firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories in order to ensure that
such regulation and policy is applied uniformly throughout this state to each person subject
to the state's jurisdiction and to ensure protection of the right to keep and bear arms recognized
by the Constitutions of the State of Alabama and the United States. This section is to be

Section 15-22-27.4 Parole of persons convicted of sex offense involving person under 13 years
of age - Chemical castration treatment. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) CHEMICAL CASTRATION TREATMENT. The receiving of medication,
including, but not limited to, medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment or its chemical equivalent,
that, among other things, reduces, inhibits, or blocks the production of testosterone, hormones,
or other chemicals in a person's body. (2) SEX OFFENSE INVOLVING A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF

Section 7-2-607 Effect of acceptance; notice of breach; burden of establishing breach after

Section 7-3-417 Presentment warranties. (a) If an unaccepted draft is presented to the drawee
for payment or acceptance and the drawee pays or accepts the draft, (i) the person obtaining
payment or acceptance, at the time of presentment, and (ii) a previous transferor of the draft,
at the time of transfer, warrant to the drawee making payment or accepting the draft in good
faith that: (1) The warrantor is, or was, at the time the warrantor transferred the draft,
a person entitled to enforce the draft or authorized to obtain payment or acceptance of the
