Section 7-2A-214 Exclusion or modification of warranties. (1) Words or conduct relevant
to the creation of an express warranty and words or conduct tending to negate or limit a warranty
must be construed wherever reasonable as consistent with each other; but, subject to the provisions
of Section 7-2A-202 on parol or extrinsic evidence, negation or limitation is inoperative
to the extent that the construction is unreasonable. (2) Subject to subsection (3): (a) to
exclude or modify the implied warranty of "merchantability," or any part of it the
language must mention merchantability, be by a writing, and be conspicuous. Language to exclude
the implied warranty of merchantability is sufficient if it is in writing, is conspicuous

Section 8-9A-8 Defenses, liability, and protection of transferee. (a) A transfer is
not voidable under Section 8-9A-4(a) against a person who took in good faith and for
a reasonably equivalent value or against any subsequent transferee or obligee who took in
good faith. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, to the extent a transfer
is voidable in an action by a creditor under Section 8-9A-7(a)(1), the creditor may
recover judgment for the value of the asset transferred, as adjusted under subsection (c),
or the amount necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim, whichever is less, or judgment for

Section 40-12-391 License - Generally. (a) No person shall be licensed as a motor vehicle
dealer under Section 40-12-51, 40-12-62, or 40-12-169, nor shall any person engage
in business as, serve in the capacity of, or act as a new motor vehicle dealer, used motor

Section 45-37A-56.30 Operation or leasing of parking facilities. (a) As used in this
section, the word person means a natural person, a corporation, a partnership, or unincorporated
association. (b) It is hereby declared to be the public policy of this state, with respect
