Section 24-1A-6 Bonds. (a) General. The authority may from time to time issue its negotiable bonds in such principal amounts as, in the opinion of the authority, shall be necessary to provide sufficient funds for achieving the corporate purposes thereof, the payment of interest on bonds of the authority, establishment of reserves to secure such bonds and all other expenditures of the authority incident to, and necessary or convenient to, carrying out its corporate purposes and powers. (b) Sources of Payment. Bonds issued by the authority shall be payable solely out of revenues or property of the authority specified in the resolutions authorizing the issuance of such bonds. Section 13A-9-14 Illegal possession or fraudulent use of credit card or debit card. (a) A person commits the crime of illegal possession of a credit or debit card if, knowing that he or she does not have the consent of the owner, he or she takes, exercises control over, or otherwise uses the card. (a) No person may engage in the business of a dealer as defined in Section 2-15-131 without having a license therefor issued by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, which license shall expire on December 31 and shall be renewable as of January 1 of each year. Section 8-7A-7 Security. (a) A licensee shall maintain a surety bond, letter of credit, or other similar security in an amount, determined by rule or order of the commission, sufficient to secure faithful performance of the obligations of the licensee with respect to money transmission in Alabama. (b) Security must be in a form satisfactory to the commission and payable to the commission for the benefit of any claimant against the licensee.
