herein of reasonably necessary medical and surgical treatment and attention, physical rehabilitation,
medicine, medical and surgical supplies, crutches, artificial members, and other apparatus
as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of the employment, as may be
obtained by the injured employee or, in case of death, obtained during the period occurring
between the time of the injury and the employee's death therefrom. If the employee

Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses,
etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for
violation of this chapter. If the board refuses to issue, grant, or renew a license based
on a violation of this chapter, including, but not limited to, violations listed in subsection

the procurement of professional services by any agency, department, board, bureau, commission,
authority, public corporation, or instrumentality of the State of Alabama shall be conducted
