Section 22-22A-5 Powers and functions of department; representation of department by Attorney General in legal actions. Section 5-19-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) FINANCE CHARGE.
