Section 12-21-9 Exclusion of audience where evidence vulgar, etc. In all civil cases sounding
in damages involving the question of rape, assault with intent to ravish, seduction, divorce
or any other case where the evidence is vulgar, obscene or relates to the improper acts of
the sexes and tends to debauch the morals of the young, the presiding judge shall have the
right, in his discretion and on his own motion, or on motion of plaintiffs or defendants or
their attorneys, to hear and try the case after clearing the courtroom of all or any portion

Section 26-23F-7 Remedies and penalties. (a) In addition to other remedies available under
law or common law of this state, violation of any provision of Section 26-23F-5 shall: (1)
Provide a basis for recovery in a civil action for the parent or parents of the infant or

Section 35-9A-163 Prohibited provisions in rental agreements. (a) A rental agreement may not
provide that the tenant: (1) agrees to waive or forego rights or remedies established under
Section 35-9A-204, 35-9A-401, or 35-9A-404, or requirements of security deposits established
by this chapter or under the law of unlawful detainer; (2) authorizes any person to confess
judgment on a claim arising out of the rental agreement; (3) agrees to pay the landlord's

Section 35-9A-442 Landlord and tenant remedies for abuse of access. (a) If a tenant refuses
to allow lawful access, the landlord may obtain injunctive relief to compel access, or terminate
