Section 7-2A-519 Lessee's damages for nondelivery, repudiation, default, and breach of warranty
in regard to accepted goods. (1) Except as otherwise provided with respect to damages liquidated

Section 7-3-416 Transfer warranties. (a) A person who transfers an instrument for consideration
warrants to the transferee and, if the transfer is by indorsement, to any subsequent transferee

Section 7-2-702 Seller's remedies on discovery of buyer's insolvency. (1) Where the seller
discovers the buyer to be insolvent he may refuse delivery except for cash, including payment
for all goods theretofore delivered under the contract, and stop delivery under this article

(a) Each person who sells health studio services in this state shall register with the Attorney
General's Consumer Protection Division on forms the division provides. The person shall furnish
