Section 7-2-616 Procedure on notice claiming excuse. (1) Where the buyer receives notification
of a material or indefinite delay or an allocation justified under Section 7-2-615, he may
by written notification to the seller as to any delivery concerned, and where the prospective
deficiency substantially impairs the value of the whole contract under the provisions of this
article relating to breach of installment contracts (Section 7-2-612), then also as to the
whole: (a) Terminate and thereby discharge any unexecuted portion of the contract; or (b)
Modify the contract by agreeing to take his available quota in substitution. (2) If after
receipt of such notification from the seller the buyer fails so to modify the contract within
a reasonable time not exceeding 30 days the contract lapses with respect to any deliveries
affected. (3) The provisions of this section may not be negated by agreement except insofar

Section 7-2-716 Buyer's right to specific performance or replevin. (1) Specific performance
may be decreed where the goods are unique or in other proper circumstances. (2) The decree
for specific performance may include such terms and conditions as to payment of the price,
damages, or other relief as the court may deem just. (3) The buyer has a right of replevin
for goods identified to the contract if after reasonable effort he is unable to effect cover

Section 8-23-7 Assignment of contract; notice. No right of action or defense arising out of
a contract for health studio services which the buyer has against the seller, and which would
be cut off by assignment, shall be cut off by assignment of the contract to any third party
whether or not he acquires the contract in good faith and for value unless the assignee gives
notice of the assignment to the buyer as provided in this section and within 30 days of the

Section 7-2-714 Buyer's damages for breach in regard to accepted goods. (1) Where the buyer

Section 22-19-44 Modes of executing gift. (a) A gift of all or part of the body under subsection
(a) of Section 22-19-42 may be made by will. The gift becomes effective upon the death of
the testator without waiting for probate. If the will is not probated, or if it is declared
invalid for testamentary purposes, the gift, to the extent that it has been acted upon in
