Section 7-2-513 Buyer's right to inspection of goods. (1) Unless otherwise agreed and subject
to subsection (3), where goods are tendered or delivered or identified to the contract for
sale, the buyer has a right before payment or acceptance to inspect them at any reasonable
place and time and in any reasonable manner. When the seller is required or authorized to
send the goods to the buyer, the inspection may be after their arrival. (2) Expenses of inspection
must be borne by the buyer but may be recovered from the seller if the goods do not conform
and are rejected. (3) Unless otherwise agreed and subject to the provisions of this article
on C.I.F. contracts (subsection (3) of Section 7-2-321), the buyer is not entitled to inspect
the goods before payment of the price when the contract provides: (a) For delivery "C.O.D."

Section 7-2-327 Special incidents of sale on approval and sale or return. (1) Under a sale
on approval unless otherwise agreed: (a) Although the goods are identified to the contract
the risk of loss and the title do not pass to the buyer until acceptance; and (b) Use of the
goods consistent with the purpose of trial is not acceptance but failure seasonably to notify
the seller of election to return the goods is acceptance, and if the goods conform to the
contract acceptance of any part is acceptance of the whole; and (c) After due notification
of election to return, the return is at the seller's risk and expense, but a merchant buyer

Section 13A-12-3.3 Delivery prerequisites. (a) No person, other than a delivery service, shall
mail, ship, or otherwise cause to be delivered a shipping package in connection with a delivery
sale unless the following occur: (1) The person, prior to the first delivery sale to the prospective

Section 7-2-326 "Sale on approval" and "sale or return." (1) Unless otherwise
agreed, if delivered goods may be returned by the buyer even though they conform to the contract,
the transaction is: (a) A "sale on approval" if the goods are delivered primarily

Section 7-2A-526 Lessor's stoppage of delivery in transit or otherwise. (1) A lessor may stop
delivery of goods in the possession of a carrier or other bailee if the lessor discovers the
lessee to be insolvent and may stop delivery of carload, truckload, planeload, or larger shipments
of express or freight if the lessee repudiates or fails to make a payment due before delivery,
whether for rent, security or otherwise under the lease contract, or for any other reason
the lessor has a right to withhold or take possession of the goods. (2) In pursuing its remedies
under subsection (1), the lessor may stop delivery until (a) receipt of the goods by the lessee;
(b) acknowledgment to the lessee by any bailee of the goods, except a carrier, that the bailee

Section 10A-2A-1.41 Notice and other communications. (a) A notice under this chapter must be
in writing unless oral notice is reasonable in the circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed

Section 7-2-325 "Letter of credit" term; "confirmed credit." (1) Failure
of the buyer seasonably to furnish an agreed letter of credit is a breach of the contract
for sale. (2) The delivery to seller of a proper letter of credit suspends the buyer's obligation
to pay. If the letter of credit is dishonored, the seller may on seasonable notification to
