Section 7-2-605 Waiver of buyer's objections by failure to particularize. (1) The buyer's failure
to state in connection with rejection a particular defect which is ascertainable by reasonable
inspection precludes him from relying on the unstated defect to justify rejection or to establish
breach: (a) Where the seller could have cured it if stated seasonably; or (b) Between merchants
when the seller has after rejection made a request in writing for a full and final written

Section 8-20-4 Unfair and deceptive trade practices. Notwithstanding the terms, provisions,
or conditions of any dealer agreement or franchise or the terms or provisions of any waiver,
prior to the termination, cancellation, or nonrenewal of any dealer agreement or franchise,

Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses,
etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for
violation of this chapter. If the board refuses to issue, grant, or renew a license based
on a violation of this chapter, including, but not limited to, violations listed in subsection
(c), the licensee or prospective licensee may request a public hearing before the board to
appeal the action of the board. The request for a public hearing shall be submitted to the

Multi-State Compliance Compact Act is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions

Section 40-2B-2 Alabama Tax Tribunal. (a) Statement of Purpose. To increase public confidence
in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to
requiring the payment of the amounts in issue or the posting of a bond, but after the taxpayer
has had a full opportunity to attempt settlement with the Department of Revenue based, among
other things, on the hazards of litigation. By establishing an independent Alabama Tax Tribunal
within the executive branch of government, this chapter provides taxpayers with a means of
resolving controversies that insures both the appearance and the reality of due process and

Section 7-4A-210 Rejection of payment order. (a) A payment order is rejected by the receiving
bank by a notice of rejection transmitted to the sender orally, electronically, or in writing.
A notice of rejection need not use any particular words and is sufficient if it indicates
that the receiving bank is rejecting the order or will not execute or pay the order. Rejection
is effective when the notice is given if transmission is by a means that is reasonable in
the circumstances. If notice of rejection is given by a means that is not reasonable, rejection

Section 7-2-503 Manner of seller's tender of delivery. (1) Tender of delivery requires that
the seller put and hold conforming goods at the buyer's disposition and give the buyer any
notification reasonably necessary to enable him to take delivery. The manner, time and place
for tender are determined by the agreement and this article, and in particular: (a) Tender
must be at a reasonable hour, and if it is of goods they must be kept available for the period
reasonably necessary to enable the buyer to take possession; but (b) Unless otherwise agreed
