Section 7-9A-308 When security interest or agricultural lien is perfected; continuity of perfection.
(a) Perfection of security interest. Except as otherwise provided in this section and Section
7-9A-309, a security interest is perfected if it has attached and all of the applicable requirements
for perfection in Sections 7-9A-310 through 7-9A-316 have been satisfied. A security interest
is perfected when it attaches if the applicable requirements are satisfied before the security
interest attaches. (b) Perfection of agricultural lien. An agricultural lien is perfected
if it has become effective and all of the applicable requirements for perfection in Section
7-9A-310 have been satisfied. An agricultural lien is perfected when it becomes effective
if the applicable requirements are satisfied before the agricultural lien becomes effective.

Section 7-9A-310 When filing required to perfect security interest or agricultural lien; security
interests and agricultural liens to which filing provisions do not apply. (a) General rule:
Perfection by filing. Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b) and Section 7-9A-312(b),
a financing statement must be filed to perfect all security interests and agricultural liens.
(b) Exceptions: Filing not necessary. The filing of a financing statement is not necessary

Section 7-9A-336 Commingled goods. (a) "Commingled goods." In this section, "commingled
goods" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that
their identity is lost in a product or mass. (b) No security interest in commingled goods
as such. A security interest does not exist in commingled goods as such. However, a security
interest may attach to a product or mass that results when goods become commingled goods.
(c) Attachment of security interest to product or mass. If collateral becomes commingled goods,
