Section 45-2-41.01 Definitions. For purposes of this part, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) COMMUNITY OF INTEREST. A continuing financial interest between the grantor and the grantee in either the operation of the dealership business or the marketing of such goods and services. (2) DEALER. A person whose business is the wholesale distribution of liquid goods for resale and who is a grantee of a dealership agreement for the sale or distribution of liquid goods at wholesale within Baldwin County. (3) DEALERSHIP AGREEMENT. Section 7-2-711 Buyer's remedies in general; buyer's security interest in rejected goods. Section 7-7-206 Termination of storage at warehouse's option. (a) A warehouse, by giving notice to the person on whose account the goods are held and any other person known to claim an interest in the goods, may require payment of any charges and removal of the goods from the warehouse at the termination of the period of storage fixed by the document of title or, if a period is not fixed, within a stated period not less than 30 days after the warehouse gives notice. (1) A purchaser of goods acquires all title which his transferor had or had power to transfer except that a purchaser of a limited interest acquires rights only to the extent of the interest purchased.
