Section 7-2-312 Warranty of title and against infringement; buyer's obligation against infringement.
(1) Subject to subsection (2) there is in a contract for sale a warranty by the seller that:
(a) The title conveyed shall be good, and its transfer rightful; and (b) The goods shall be
delivered free from any security interest or other lien or encumbrance of which the buyer
at the time of contracting has no knowledge. (2) A warranty under subsection (1) will be excluded
or modified only by specific language or by circumstances which give the buyer reason to know
that the person selling does not claim title in himself or that he is purporting to sell only
such right or title as he or a third person may have. (3) Unless otherwise agreed a seller
who is a merchant regularly dealing in goods of the kind warrants that the goods shall be
delivered free of the rightful claim of any third person by way of infringement or the like,

Section 8-20-4 Unfair and deceptive trade practices. Notwithstanding the terms, provisions,
or conditions of any dealer agreement or franchise or the terms or provisions of any waiver,

Section 7-2-607 Effect of acceptance; notice of breach; burden of establishing breach after
acceptance; notice of claim or litigation to person answerable over. (1) The buyer must pay

Section 11-99A-21 Failure to pay assessments. If the owner of any land within the district
fails to pay an assessment when due, time being of the essence, the board may commence proceedings
to foreclose on the land as follows: (1) The board shall send a letter, certified mail, return
receipt requested, United States first class mail to the last known address of the owner.
The address of the owner as shown in the tax assessment records of the tax assessor or revenue
commissioner for the county in which the property is located shall be sufficient. (2) The

Section 7-7-503 Document of title to goods defeated in certain cases. (a) A document of title
confers no right in goods against a person that before issuance of the document had a legal
interest or a perfected security interest in the goods and that did not: (1) Deliver or entrust
the goods or any document of title covering the goods to the bailor or the bailor's nominee
