Section 5-7A-22 Conversion of national bank, etc., into state bank - Powers and duties of bank,
stockholders, officers, etc., upon issuance of certificate. (a) When the superintendent has
given to such bank a certificate that the provisions of this article have been complied with,
such bank and all its stockholders, officers and employees shall have the same powers and
privileges and shall be subject to the same duties, liabilities and regulations, in all respects,
as shall have been prescribed for banks originally organized as banking corporations under

Section 11-62-8 Bonds and notes generally - Form, terms, denominations, etc.; execution, sale,

Section 11-65-25 Review of applications for permits. A commission shall promptly consider any
application for a permit submitted to it and shall issue or deny such permit based on the
information in the application and all other information before it, including the results

Section 30-4-17 Revocation of certain transferable interests in property upon divorce or annulment.
(a) In this section, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) DISPOSITION OR APPOINTMENT
OF PROPERTY. Includes a transfer of an item of property or any other benefit to a beneficiary
