Section 7-2-204 Formation in general. (1) A contract for sale of goods may be made in any manner
sufficient to show agreement, including conduct by both parties which recognizes the existence
of such a contract. (2) An agreement sufficient to constitute a contract for sale may be found
even though the moment of its making is undetermined. (3) Even though one or more terms are
left open a contract for sale does not fail for indefiniteness if the parties have intended
to make a contract and there is a reasonably certain basis for giving an appropriate remedy.

Section 22-18-50 Enactment and text of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate
Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted
into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially
as follows: SECTION 1. PURPOSE In order to protect the public through verification of competency
and ensure accountability for patient care related activities all states license emergency
medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians (EMTs), advanced EMTs
and paramedics. This Compact is intended to facilitate the day to day movement of EMS personnel
across state boundaries in the performance of their EMS duties as assigned by an appropriate
authority and authorize state EMS offices to afford immediate legal recognition to EMS personnel

Section 7-2-207 Additional terms in acceptance or confirmation. (1) A definite and seasonable
expression of acceptance or a written confirmation which is sent within a reasonable time
operates as an acceptance even though it states terms additional to or different from those
