Section 11-70A-5 Notice of hearing. (a) Not less than 30 days before the date on which the hearing on the quiet title and foreclosure petition is scheduled, the municipality shall do both of the following: (1) Send a notice of the hearing to the interested parties identified under subsection (b) of Section 11-70A-2 for each parcel named in the petition by both certified mail, return receipt requested, and regular mail. (2) Post conspicuously on each property named in the petition notice of the hearing which includes the following statement: "THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO [NAME OF MUNICIPALITY] AND IS SUBJECT TO AN EXPEDITED QUIET TITLE AND FORECLOSURE ACTION. Section 25-4-134 Procedures for collection of delinquent contribution payments. (a) Generally. The contributions, interest, and penalties required to be paid under this chapter shall be a first and prior lien upon all property and rights to property, real or personal, of any employer subject to this chapter. (a) A court of this state which has jurisdiction under this chapter to make a child custody determination may decline to exercise its jurisdiction at any time if it determines that it is an inconvenient forum under the circumstances and that a court of another state is a more appropriate forum.
