Section 11-92A-16 Use of bonds, proceeds, etc. (a) The proceeds from the sale of any bonds
shall be applied as provided in the proceedings in which the bonds are authorized to be issued,
including without limitation, the payment of all legal, fiscal, and recording fees and expenses
incurred in connection with the authorization, sale, and issuance of the bonds and, if so
provided in the proceedings authorizing their issuance, interest on said bonds (or if only
a part of any issue of bonds is issued for acquisition purposes, interest on that portion
of the bonds of that issue that is issued to pay acquisition costs) for a reasonable period
prior to and during the time required for the acquisition, construction, and equipping of
the project. An authority may provide in the proceedings authorizing the issuance of bonds
for the funding of a debt service reserve and/or a replacement and extension reserve from

Section 26-2A-100 Appointment of guardian for incapacitated person by will or other writing.
(a) The parent of an unmarried incapacitated person may appoint by will, or other writing
signed by the parent and attested by at least two witnesses or acknowledged, a guardian of
the incapacitated person. If both parents are dead or the surviving parent is adjudged incapacitated,
a parental appointment becomes effective when, after having given seven days' prior written

Section 26-2A-53 Request for notice; interested person. Upon payment of any required fee, an
interested person who desires to be notified before any order is made in a guardianship proceeding,
including any proceeding subsequent to the appointment of a guardian under Section 26-2A-111,
or in a protective proceeding under Section 26-2A-130, may file a request for notice with
the clerk of the court in which the proceeding is pending. The clerk shall mail a copy of
