Section 6-6-253 Interpleader by defendant of adverse claimant of property; force and effect of bonds given. Section 25-1-29 Remedies. Any person aggrieved may elect to pursue their remedies under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act 29 U.S.C.
