Section 27-2B-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, these terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) ADJUSTED RBC REPORT. An RBC report which has been adjusted by the commissioner
in accordance with subsection (e) of Section 27-2B-3. (2) CORRECTIVE ORDER. An order issued
by the commissioner specifying corrective actions which the commissioner has determined are
required. (3) DOMESTIC INSURER. Any insurer domiciled in this state. (4) FOREIGN INSURER.
Any insurer which is licensed to do business in this state but not domiciled in this state.
(5) FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETY. Any insurer licensed under Chapter 34. (6) HEALTH ORGANIZATION.
Any health care service plan, health maintenance organization, limited health service organization,
dental services corporation, or other managed care organization licensed under this title.
This term does not include any life and disability insurer or property and casualty insurer.

Section 40-12-311 Who must procure license. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation,
association, or copartnership, either foreign or domestic, to operate, maintain, open, or
establish any store in this state without first having obtained a license to do so from the

Section 5-20-6 Application for approval; filing fee. Any bank holding company, bank holding
company subsidiary, domestic lender or foreign lender proposing to establish or acquire a
credit card bank pursuant to this chapter shall file an application with the superintendent
for prior approval of such establishment or acquisition. Such application shall contain such
information as the superintendent may require, and shall specifically acknowledge each applicant's
agreement to be bound by the conditions set forth in Section 5-20-4. In addition, such application

Section 6-6-121 When defendants evade service of process; dismissal of attachment. (a) When
a summons has been returned "not found" as to all or any of the defendants, residents
of the county, if the plaintiff, his agent or attorney makes an affidavit that the defendant
has evaded the service of the process, the court must direct an attachment to issue, returnable
within 30 days after the levy thereof, and the case must in all respects proceed as against
such defendant as if originally commenced by attachment. (b) The plaintiff may, notwithstanding
such attachment, proceed to judgment against any of the defendants on whom process was served,
but upon a judgment and satisfaction of the debt or claim, the attachment shall be dismissed

Section 10A-4-1.03 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires,
the term: (1) DISQUALIFIED PERSON. Any person who is not a qualified person. (2) DOMESTIC
